NAAAP Summer Picnic Mark Wah, Laura Liao, Bee Lin Cheang, Julia Yip 08/26/06   What a cook out! We had about 40 happy members including family members and friends. They all went back with happy faces knowing that they had awesome food - ribs, chicken wings, shrimp, satay, the yummy hamburgers and hot dogs, and lots of sidedishes and wonderful deserts. This year’s annual Summer Picnic was held at Umstead State Park in Raleigh. It is becoming our favorite summer hang out place with ample parking spots, clean facilities and nice shelters. We appreciate all the members who helped out in this event. Kudos to Alfred Lim who manned the grill so diligently! The food was flowing at a steady pace to the delight of all members who were present. His satay proved to be a hit among members on that day. Don't miss this event next year!
